Message from the Dean

When I became dean in October, I made improving communication with alumni a central component of the law school's strategic plan. To that end, we are proud to share with you the TU College of Law e-newsletter. This e-newsletter will be delivered to your inbox three times a year - spring, fall and winter - to supplement the annual Tulsa Law Magazine that is distributed during the summer. We will use these communications to share with you details of upcoming events, the accomplishments of our faculty and the remarkable achievements of our law students.

In addition to improved communication, the law school's strategic plan also focuses on improving the quality of the law school's incoming class and enhancing the national reputation of the faculty. In the "News From the Admissions Office" story, you can find an update on the encouraging news regarding student recruitment. And while we continue to advance our faculty, the law school currently finds itself in a time of loss. Please take a moment to remember with us the many contributions of Professor Linda Lacey, who will be dearly missed.

College of Law Chilifest Cookoff moved to Collins Fitness Center

Due to TU's success in the College Basketball Invitational, the location of the TU Law Chilifest Cookoff has been moved to the Collins Fitness Center.

Attendees are asked to park in the lots along 4th Street and ride a complimentary shuttle to the event site.

Negotiation team named runner-up at national competition
