Course Description: Study of congenital craniofacial anomalies including clefts of the lip and palate and velopharyngeal dysfunction. Surgical, prosthetic, and behavioral interventians and role of the speech-language pathologies as part of an interdisciplinary team is emphasized. Management strategies and assessment for clients of various ages and with diverse speech characteristics area addressed.
