Course Description: Hands-on experience and editing skills for documentary video production. Students will analyze documentary structure and become more critical documentary viewers; learn the traditions of documentary by screening famous documentary films; and learn to select subjects, edit material to achieve the strongest effects, and devise sound and music as crucial elements of documentary filmmaking.
