| Course Description: | Students who have successfully completed a semester in the Public Defender Clinic may, with the approval of the supervising faculty member, enroll for a second semester for 1-3 academic credits. Building on the lawyering skills they developed in their initial clinic semester, students will take on more complicated cases for which a first-semester clinic student is not qualified to provide representation. |
